What We Do — Smart Dermatology (2024)

WHAT WE DO

Skin diseases include eczema, acne, skin infections, psoriasis, blistering diseases, hair and nail diseases and occupational skin diseases. Skin cancers include basal cell cancers, squamous cell carcinomas and melanomas.

We treat patients of all ages from babies, children, adolescents and adults.

A referral from your general practitioner is required if you wish to claim a Medicare rebate for your consultation.

Some cosmetic treatments such as laser hair removal, laser treatment of pigmented (brown) spots and treatment of wrinkles do not attract a Medicare rebate so no referral is required. An exception to this is laser/IPL treatment of prominent blood vessels on the face and neck.
