The hotel has hosted more than one member of Britain’s Royal Family in the past 100 years; not surprisingly, the signature four-room Royal Suite is arguably the most glamorous accommodation option in England.

And for a regal recommendation, in 2013 the hotel received a Royal Warrant of appointment to the Queen for Hospitality Services as the hotel hosted foreign royals during coronation ceremonies and the duch*ess of Cambridge before her wedding in 2011.
