Have been trying for awhile to get to Studio K to have Kim work her magic and I finally fit it into my schedule! It was well worth the wait. Great color, cut and style! She answered all my questions and explained how to replicate the style once I got home. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

Disappointed, especially since my first haircut with Kimberly was fantastic! I later made an appointment for color correction. She emailed me the morning of my appointment and said she had to cancel due to migraine, etc and that we could work together to reschedule. I deal with those myself so I completely understood and replied as such, also asking that she let me know a date/time that will work for her, as it can be hard to know when one will be feeling better. That was almost 3 weeks ago. No response, no "thank you for understanding", and no contact to reschedule, as I had requested. I didn't have to have the actual appointment within these past few weeks, but a reschedule would have been nice. I'm flexible, but the lack of communication on her part makes me wonder if she just doesn't want to deal with my hair at this point. On the off chance things are still not back to normal for her, I apologize; waiting 3 weeks for communication of any kind is more than patient, though. If a business can contact a customer to cancel an appointment, especially on the morning of said appointment, a business can contact again to reschedule. Any customer would be disappointed by now.

This was a gem to find, and I appreciate that Robert understand exactly what I'm looking for (in my WFH life I don't need anything time consuming but I like to dress it up on occasion). My daughter while being in the under 10 group, has an adult head of hair that grows well and I also get her hair cut here because they understand specifically what I'm looking for as her hair is quite thick and I need it to look good both up (braided) and down.

I felt like I was cheating on my barber, but I had to do something about the top part of my hair because it's always so inconsistent. So I went across the street to see if they could fix the top and thank god I ran into Andrea . She listens, understands, and gives her two cents on what would look best.
