Please can someone tell me how to cook sausage rolls (the frozen ones that you just tip out and bung in the oven) without them sticking to the flippin tray ?????
I've tried all sorts and so has my friend, so please can someone help :-))

put tin foil on the tray first ?
and maybe a very light coating of oil to ensure no sticking ....
I grease some foil and put them on that
It seems to work quite well for most of them
Great minds think alike Anita
lol
Maz,
It helps if you get the oven AND the tray up to temperature, before you place the frozen sausage rolls on the tray and into the oven. (Also, don't wash oven trays too well, a little grease left on them helps. My Mum would go mad if anyone washed her favourite yorkshires tin!)

Aye well Mo, I'm a dab hand with freezer to oven food lol
other than i was gonna suggest cooking them upside down ;O)P
I would suggest getting the tray really hot first, but also bringing the sausage rolls up to room temperature rather than putting them in straight from the freezer.

Dunno if you know but when you place them on the tray, put them JOINT down, else the roll opens up and the filling goes awol.......
personally I use a piece of greased foil,on the tray, which saves the tray getting stickied up!!
off now, got some fish 'n chips to fry, fer dinner......enjoy...
