Highly disappointed. I had m y nails french tipped and they are all chipped or without polish on day 2. Unacceptable. I had the same issue previously and the guy tried to charge me $15 to redo. That day it was the day after. I think they should have refreshed the ones for free. Even if you do not get Gel polish your nails still should not chip on n a day and certainly should not come off in it's entirety. See attached

Clearly only complainers leave reviews. I've been going to Professionail for years and I am a happy client. I've done acrylic nails, gel nails and currently dipped nails. There are different people with different skills so I have been served by everyone from the owner(s) to the new guy or gal. They are a family business and in that vein, they do train new members of their family and extended family which I think is a good thing. I can't say I've never had a problem, but each and every time there is a problem, they have helped me fix it. If this salon is convenient to you, you should give them a shot. Karen

I usually don't have a problem here.
But today, I did. And I will NEVER go back.
My nails looks horrid. The moment I got "picky" for a service IM PAYING FOR. I got mistreated and she was seemingly instantly annoyed. The nails I wanted done/ how I wanted them to look. Look janky. When pointed out she filed the one nail ONE NAIL. And got nail dust all over the others (with freshly painted un-cured gel on them) and would not clean them before making me cure them.
My image is literally my job. I'm so upset

The absolute worst service ever. I went it to get my eyebrows done. As soon and the lady started I told here it's a little to hot. I thought she just needed to let the wax cool down a little. She was rude and spoke English just fine telling me she does this everyday I must just have sensitive eyelids. As soon as she finish they started burning even more. I got a paper towel and wet it to cool my eyelids down. That did nothing my eyelids were shinier than normal after anyone gets their eyebrows done. I don't like to far so as soon as I got home I went straight for a mirror and seen that my eyelids were burnt. Not burn like a little skinny strip she went further than my bone which is where most waxing places are supposed to stop because your eyelid is too sensitive to be waxed. I immediately went right back to the shop to show them what my eyebrows looked like not even 5-10mins later. No one was in the shop anymore at this time but the shop workers, everyone acted like they could not speak English and they did not want to help. I proceeded to take pictures of the license and asked for the store manager and finally a lady spoke up they barely wanted to give me my refund of my for my eyebrows but the lady had the nerve to tell me that it was my fault that my eyelids were burnt and it had nothing to do with her work she uses it all the time. That for one is very nasty and unsanitary in there. I never will go there again nor do I recommend anybody else go to get there to get their eyebrows done.
