Who knew that diluting clear nail polish with colored nail polish would be such a great nail tip? At the time of writing, the hashtag #jellynails has almost 140 million views on the app — partly because of how easy it is to take part in this DIY trend.

Posting a“how-to”, TikTok user @uuy4mkish explains that the formula for jelly nails is basically a mix of clear nail polish with added color to it. (Talk about easy to do!) The possibilities are endless and the result is a glass-like and transparent look.

Of course, as is usually the case on TikTok, even a standard trend always leads creators to do what they do best: get creative. Currently featured among the jelly nail TikTok realm are @denizsarlar28 and her red jelly nails with a french tip twist and @chjfilms and herDIY white heart jelly nails — perfect for Valentine's Day.

Also, just in time for strawberry season, @rosie.amie adds aDIY strawberryto her red jellies; while user @dicakoo has shown off her jelly nails proficiency by creating flawless designs in both a light green color and a pastel blue hue with fun variations.
