"I never got to see the doctor, but the experience with his staff was horrible!I called to schedule an appointment and was initially told that their office would not see me for a second opinion. I pushed back on this and the receptionist with whom I was speaking said she would check with her supervisor to be sure. I got a callback from them the next day and they requested that I have my med records sent to them from my PCP and GI specialist. I did this the same day and called multiple times to confirm they received them over the following two weeks. Each time I called, I was told someone would call me back. They never called me to confirm receipt of my records, to request additional information nor to set an appointment. Dr. Brown may well be a great doctor but I will never know, as I refuse to do business with an office whose staff has demonstrated such poor communication and professionalism."

"Dr. Brown is a good and compassionate doctor. My condition is not curable and it really stresses me out, but when Dr. Brown walk into that room, he love up on you and all the stress goes away. He struggles hard to find a solution to your problem. And what I like about Dr. Brown is, if he can’t help you , he will search for somebody that specializes in that field. I recommend Dr. Brown to the young and old, the rich or poor, the black or white."
