This salon is always busy, I haven't had success making a reservation, because they do walk-ins, I guess. The longest I've waited was 45 minutes, that was with a reservation. So, i just "pop in" sometimes there's no wait other times I've waited 10-15 minutes, tops.Every technician is friendly and willing to do the crazy designs I find on Pinterest. The gel nails last 2-3 weeks if I don't pick at them. The slowest time I've found is after work around 5. It's nice they're open until 7:00 pm Read Less

I have never even my life been to such a clean nail salon!! Sorry, but most are cluttered, dirty and smell super bad like acrylic. But what do you expect. Not this one. Made a quick stop for a pedi and the ladies are nice, efficient, and quick! If I could visit this place all the time I'd do it in a heartbeat! I will tell everyone about this one. Loved it! Not only does she do a great job and pay attention to detail but she is so sweet and it shows in her work that she truly loves what she does! Also, the owner is so nice! The staffs are really helpful and nice, I was so happy to find Demi's Nails recently. My spa pedicure was awesome! It really hard to find the places that use one time liner and to avoid the bacteria and infection. I went with my daughters before our vacation. We were treated like royalty from the minute we walked in the door. From cold drinks in the pedicure chair, the great chairs themselves, and amazing service provided to the manicure that was not only top notch and long lasting, but also helped my previously damaged nails grow back, I was super impressed. I absolutely love this place! They are clean (use liners instead of the old fashion scrub and soap which I find not as sanitary) friendly, and gentle with my nails. The atmosphere was very pleasant. They offered me a drink which was very nice and not many nail salons do that. They did a wonderful job doing my acrylic nails. I am in love with my nails! Everyone there is super professional and the owner speaks fluent English. I think he is the owner. Overall I love this place! Highly recommend! Read Less

Went to Demi's Nails because it was recommended to me by my coworker. I called and set up an appointment but it turns out that I didn't really need one. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and was seated with a nail tech right away. Had a small but good conversation with the nail tech and learned that her daughter and I shared the same birthday.. I left the store and was very happy with the service. Later that night, I realized that I didn't like the design that I had chosen on one nail. Went back the next day and Demi fixed it for me right away with a different design at no charge. I love the outcome. Will definitely be back and also recommend to others. Thank you! Read Less

I love this place! The environment is so calming and the setting is beautiful. I've never had to wait long til they see me. Never cut me when getting nails. And I don't get that feeling where they talk about you in their language. Everyone is super nice! They have a whole other section for pedicures with nice massage chairs and a big TV on both sides of the walls. Average pricing but definitely not cheap. And what they sell is not ever priced either.. Love it! Read Less

This store is big, spacious. They have room for me and a friend to sit side by side for our manicures or pedicures. Me and my friend got pedicures. It costed around $30 (tip included). I love the hot stones and the girl had really great pressure on my feet. I had gotten acrylic nails from them previously. These were the best nails I ever had. They didn't chip or lift for a month! I started going to Demi's a few months ago and really liked going there. They get you in and out and all do a really good job. Unfortunately, at my last visit the lady removed my gel polish and there was a green mark on my nail. I've been getting my nails done for over ten years and have never developed a fungus. I'm assuming because of the fact that they are so busy, they don't have or take the time to properly clean their instruments. The lady who did my nails tried to play the whole thing off by telling me that that's normal and happens all the time. She said it's just because moisture gets in between the acrylic and the nail. This is not normal to me. Guess I'll have to find another nail salon.....very disappointing. Read Less

Not a great experience - this was my first time using Demi's as it's a lot closer to home than my usual salon. I will not be returning.I went for a pedicure and the whole thing was rather rushed. The lady was nice enough but when it came to polishing my nails someone came and said something to her which I did not understand and she did a slap dash job.. it looked good enough and she rushed off somewhere. It wasn't until I went to check they were dry so I could leave that I re...alized the mess she'd made of some of my nails - it looked as though a child had done it with lumpy old polish. I pointed this out to the gentleman overseeing everyone when I eventually managed to get his attention and he made me feel like a burden for complaining. Someone came over and put another layer on so it looked better but still not like a professional pedicure. Two of my toes have already chipped within a week - they usually last 3 weeks minimum before any chips! I love this nail salon for their great customer services and amazing works. Everyone is friendly and professional, Demi can do any designs. They also have a huge collection of gel color. The interior is always calm, clean, bright and well organized. The pedicure chairs are so comfortable. The price is surprisingly cheap for such a good customer services. Always pleased when I leave. Me and my three friends went in today for pedicures. This was my first visit and I was impressed.The salon is very nice and the woman who did my pedicure was very sweet and the price was fair. My only complaint is the girl at the front desk was very rude to all four of us as well as the older lady in line in front of us. My friend shrugged it off and said that she is always that way but I don't think that is acceptable customer service at all. Not sure I'll go back. Read Less

Frustrated and overwhelmed by all the nail salons here I finally Googled. I called after reading their reviews and was impressed by the voice that was both kind and accommodating. On a busy Saturday they fit me in with an appointment an hour later. I arrived and was astounded by the size of the salon. I noticed a man walking briskly through the salon like a Captain at a fine restaurant. He smiled and assisted me to my seat as he also greeted regulars. Ann listened as I soaked and recommended Gel nails ( I abuse my toes), the "Captain" provided me with wifi and I settled in. The results.... amazing. Demi's nails is so amazing! What I love about them is that they are fast and friendly!!! My nails came out so amazing. Kim did myNails and she was so fast, but they came out perfect!!! It's so cool because I've never been to a place that is so fast professional and has great service. My cousin slammed her nail in the door on accident and they fixed it right away with no charge. They also clean all of their supplies and it's clean in the whole shop, also it doesn't smell stinky either! I love them and I will be back!!!! Read Less

The only critic is yourself. The experience you get is what you're giving back. I love coming to Demi's. My mum and I have been coming here going on three years. The lady's there are sweet plus the gentleman and are very willing to try any design you give them (it's not exact but they make it there own). I have gotten my nails done here once before and was highly dissatisfied with the service. My good friend Emily got a fungal infection from her set of nails that she got at the same time as me. I went in with her to speak to the owner and was very uncomfortable witnessing her speak down on Emily telling her that the infection was her fault!! They don't sanitize their tools!! She basically kicked us out of her salon and told us to never come back!! What business owner doesn't try to fix a situation like that and take ownership?? Who knows... All I know is I won't be back and you shouldn't either. Read Less

I took my last set of nails off a few days ago expecting to get a new set of nails that same day but when I removed them I was absolutely disgusted looking at 5 of my nails that appear to have fungus. I have always taken very good care of my nails so this caught me by surprise. I immediately went in to Demi's and patiently waited to speak with the owner. After 5 minutes she approached me in front of all of the customers in the salon (~20 Clients) she attempted to advise me this was my fault and the cause was water getting under the nail bed. I remained calm and let her attempt to explain and continue to NOT take ownership for her nail techs NOT sanitizing their tools. She kept trying to give me advise and even advised to get the fungus sanded down with a tool? She stated "If you're not happy with this salon you are more than welcome to try another" MIND YOU this is in front of all of her clients who are watching quietly as the owner does everything but try to resolve the situation.
