With calorie information displayed prominently on our menu, it is easy to find calorie details for your next meal. Panera Bread has several items that are freshly prepared and filling with calories that can easily fit into your daily diet.
Start Your Day with Breakfast
If you are looking to keep your morning meal at a certain calorie level, Panera has plenty of options under 400 calories. The Avocado, Egg White & Spinach sandwich is 350 calories and comes on a Sprouted Grain Bagel Flat with aged white cheddar.
Another great choice is our Greek Yogurt Parfait with mixed berries with 240 calories. If you want something warm and comforting in the morning, try our Steel Cut Oatmeal with Strawberries & Pecans for 370 calories.
Panera offers bagel options as well from Asiago Cheese Bagel at 320 calories to our Plain Bagel at 280 calories or our Sprouted Grain Bagel Flat at 180 calories. Indulge with the Cinnamon Crunch Bagel at 430 calories. Add 1 oz of our Plain Cream Cheese Spread and add 90 calories to your bagel. Or add a single serve container of our Plain Cream Cheese Spread and add 150 calories to your bagel.
Soups and Salads are Great Options for your Diet
Looking for a lunch or dinner option with a certain calorie count in mind. A bowl of any of our soups—from the Homestyle Chicken Noodle to our famous Bistro French Onion Soup—is 370 calories or less. Our Broccoli Cheddar Soup is 370 calories for a bowl. Each of our whole salads are 600 calories or less from the Citrus Asian Crunch Salad with Chicken to the Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with Chicken.
Customize the Sides
One question we hear a lot is “how many calories are in Panera’s baguette?” The answer is 180 calories for our side choice baguette. Our potato chips side comes in at 150 calories. However, we also offer apples, our Summer Fruit Cup*, and our Tomato Basil Cucumber Salad*. Each of these options is 90 calories or less.
Try a You Pick Two®
Our whole sandwiches are higher calorie options ranging from 600 for our Deli Turkey Sandwich to 1010 Calories for our Bacon Turkey Bravo. However, you do have the option to only order a half sandwich. Or try a You Pick Two®: pair a half sandwich with a cup of soup or a half of a salad for a smaller portion yet filling meal.
