They are so rude! I tipped the girl way over 20 percent for not even a good manicure and pedicure and when I asked her to wrap my toes in wrap upon leaving she yelled that they were already dry. 91 dollars for mani, pedi, and 15 minute massage. Massage was awful and didn't even use lotion. Don't go here

The service here is absolutely terrible. I've "splurged" for their overpriced gel manicures only twice because of how conveniently located they are to my office. The first time, while the manicure was done well and lasted a decent amount of time, the technician was incredibly rude, tainting my whole experience. I only returned, as I mentioned for the location. I assumed the poor service would be worth it since my nails were pretty nice the first time. I was wrong. On my second visit the manicure and pedicure were so sloppily done, and chipped on almost every nail within 3 days! I went back to ask if they'd help to clean them up/repair the job and they said no. Very disappointed and won't be going back.

I stopped by to just fix my clear top coat that was messed up. (Willing to pay). The lady was more interested in taking other appointments she told me I would have to do a completely new set of nails. I've never heard of a nail salon refusing to just take the top coat off and put a new clear top coat. Rude, will not return.

Went to this nail salon on Friday. I had a positive outlook because it's right across from the train and convenient. Was I ever wrong! This was a big mistake! I got a gel manicure from the lady that sits in back nearest to the pedicure chairs. It was the worst one of my life. It was so painful I felt like I needed to go to the hospital. This woman was so rough with the nail file. I told her she was hurting me. She responded you never had gel nail polish removed? The entire manicure chipped off by the next day. It is now 3 days later and I feel pain and my nails are brittle & red. I was charged $34 for this torture. This was like nothing I've ever experienced . The manicurist was also very dirty. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! My nails were badly damaged. Even if you doubt that what I'm saying is true. You will surely find out for yourself. Gross place dirty. Never again
